“Court Stripping” effort by Monsanto thwarted!

“Court Stripping” effort by Monsanto thwarted as “rider” gets removed from Legislation – a brief but major victory for the Organic World

This corporate “earmark” did NOT slide through under the radar as a so called RIDER missing the eyes of Congress in some “must pass legislation” (big spending/money printing bill). Maybe they should have waited til Thanksgiving day or New Year’s eve to stuff the rider in the Bill, so the Congress would just sign the signature pages and not read about it during the Big “Dallas” game or the “Drop of the Ball” – pardon the pun.

The St. Louis based giant GMO - Monsanto’s attempt to slide in legislation on the wings of the beast has failed, and as of now, they can still be taken to court for GMO food poisoning and GMO contamination of other crops and they do NOT have total immunity from the law, yet. Luckily, also, every single Supreme Court Justice has not yet worked for Monsanto, or lobbied for them, so there’s still that. Here’s coverage of the rider that “didn’t make it.”

A controversial legislative rider added by Monsanto to the Agriculture Department budget last spring will no longer be effective”  Monsanto basically tried to grandfather in some bad food policy and it didn’t work. They must not have fine dined enough Congressmen and Congresswomen this past summer (which means buying them small islands and padding their Swiss bank accounts).

“Earlier this month, Congress voted to pass a Continuing Resolution bill which included extending the Monsanto Protection Act for three months. That act protects companies like Monsanto and Dow Chemical from legal action resulting from GMOs, essentially placing them above the law. It also forces the USDA to allow them to continue planting GMO crops, even if they are found to be dangerous. Fortunately, the funding bill being drafted in the Senate will explicitly remove the controversial provision, setting it to expire after September 30."That provision will be gone," said Sen. Mark Pryor (D-Ark.), confirming the change to POLITICO.

Where’s the convention this winter and next spring? Where’s the TED convention going to be held, where they convince ALL the heavy hitters to write in Legislation and Agricultural Law that GMO companies have total immunity to the law, to ethics, to morals, to poisoning of humans, wildlife, ecosystems and the world? How many lawmakers can Bill Gates and Biotech buy, which is just Big Pharma’s right wing, like I.G. Farben/Third Reich of WWII. Will the banners read BASF, Hoeschst, Bayer and Syngenta? What are the “spifs” if you attend and “sign on” to the riders?

It’s the same ORGANIZATION and THE PLATFORM of the sellout scientists from WWII - seventy years later:

From the “Hidden History of Medicine:”

I.G. Farben was a powerful cartel comprised of Bayer, BASF, Hoechst, and other German chemical companies which experimented mercilessly on Jewish prisoners as Hitler commanded, inside the World War II Auschwitz Concentration Camp, testing dangerous drugs and vaccines and killing thousands.

The round table discussions in Washington aren’t about Nutrition and Health CARE, they are about making GMO the ultimate money making machine and they are about disease management and making money off the synthetic drugs that treat the symptoms GMO food diseases. This rider failing is just one small but important victory in a war for nutrition. History proves the biotech track record started back in the 1940’s and 1950’s, and that side will fight for their “rights” to manufacture toxic food:

From 1950 to 1980, Bayer, BASF, and Hoechst filled their highest position, Chairman of the Board, with convicted mass murderers. Currently, each of the three IG Farben "daughter" companies is far more powerful than Farben ever was during World War II. Today, these companies send lobbyists to Washington D.C. with millions (if not billions) of dollars to influence regulatory decisions made by the FDA.”

Those are the same dirt bags that are trying to ruin food today. Pay attention to what’s going on via Natural News and know what to eat and what NOT TO EAT.

The more battles the Organic World wins the sooner we win the war!

Know the Evil Enemy

Natural News readers recently voted Monsanto as the most evil corporation of the year. It's hard to argue that majority opinion. (Source #1 below)

Monsanto's stated agenda of totally monopolizing agricultural seeding started in the late 1980s. That's when the Bush Senior administration granted fast track product approval to the industry, which translates to minimal or no third party oversight and no long term testing.
