People are getting sick while on vacations, and they probably think its from the “new” germs and bacteria that’s located at their destination, but little do they know they’re catching it all “on the way” or “on the way home” and they don’t even think twice.
Every one knows that cheap hotels can be really disgusting and full of germs, bugs, bacteria, and even worse, disease. Everyone knows that “porta-potties” (portable toilets) are gross and full of horrific bacteria the human eyes can’t see, but the nose may smell. Every one knows if you eat food out of a dumpster, you increase your chances of getting sick, that’s just common sense. But who is applying common sense when they sit on an airplane seat, and read a magazine that’s in the pocket in front of them, and pull down the tray table to have a drink or some peanuts? Who is applying common sense and washing their hands before and after, or better yet, not touching anything, including the little air flow button, the arm rests, the puke bag, the phone, the bathroom door handle, the luggage rack, and worst of all, the actual food they serve you?
The Health Ranger Mike Adams has covered this in full on Natural News in an exclusive story. Learn how to protect yourself from bacteria and infections. If you have to buy a “public trashcan” seat to fly to your next destination or vacation, you better read this first, and get your superfood immunity program under way!
“We've seen passengers shove dirty tissues, dirty diapers, banana peels, sunflower-seed shells and general trash into the seat pockets on a plane."

There are many people who travel
by air very frequently. When they fall ill at their destination or after
returning to their homes, they think that it is the bacteria in the foreign
land that is causing such inconvenience. There is hardly anyone who suspects the
airplanes to be a probable source of the germs. But Natural News reports that
airplanes harbor a huge number of bacteria onboard and these bacteria are
enough to give rise to several diseases that can harm a lot of people availing
the airline services.
According to a news report by Natural
News, a study conducted by Dallas-Fort Worth’s CBS affiliate has found
innumerable bacteria on two planes. Karen Deiss, a member of the research team
said that there were nearly 3,000 bacteria on a single plane which means that
airplanes have turned into safe breeding grounds for germs. Klebsiella bacteria
that were found on a tray table were cultured in the laboratory. In the course
of the research the bacteria proliferated and took the shape of a white
splotch. However, the most repulsive result came after a research was conducted
with bacterial samples collected from seat pockets.
The authority does not seem to
be affected with this research. It has not even issued a simple list of do’s
and don’ts for air travelers. As a result, the bacteria that are residing in
the planes continue to take heavy toll on passengers by making them ill soon after
air travel. Dr. Charles Gerba of the University of Arizona has
stated that the study has brought the untidiness of the airplanes into the public
sphere. Therefore, passengers should at least wash their hands rigorously after
air travel in order to curtail the effects of the bacteria at least to some
extent.
