A video posted on North West Liberty News recently interviewing an expert* on Federal Indian Policy in Montana informs us there is an assault going on right now on the authority of the State of Montana, and on the people's rights and their constitutional rights via a "Dangerous Bill" that threatens the rights of Native American tribes in Montana and their water sources. Elaine Willman, MPA, was Chair of the Citizens Equal Rights Alliance (CERA) for five years and has attended judicial hearings and understands the processes.
