Quitting smoking is a total nightmare ... or is it?

  Most smokers who have attempted to quit, but who did not succeed, can tell you that it's a complete nightmare (the kind where you are awake), yet, HOW did they try to quit, and what forces "pulled them back in?" Quitting smoking isn't really about feeling horrible and having to resist craving for relief.
