Arsenic and mercury are very harmful for your organs!

According to Natural News, thimerosal is the preservative of choice for vaccine manufacturers. First introduced by Eli Lilly and Company in the late 1920s and early 1930s, the company began selling it as a preservative in vaccines in the 1940s. Thimerosal contains 49.6 percent mercury by weight and is metabolized or degraded into ethylmercury and thiosalicylate. Mercury, or more precisely, ethylmercury, is the principle agent that kills contaminants. Unfortunately, mercury also kills much more than that.

The Department of Defense classifies mercury as a hazardous material that could cause death if swallowed, inhaled or absorbed through the skin. Studies indicate that mercury tends to accumulate in the brains of primates and other animals after they are injected with vaccines. Mercury poisoning has been linked to cardiovascular disease, autism, seizures, mental retardation, hyperactivity, dyslexia and many other nervous system conditions. That's why the FDA rigorously limits exposure to mercury in foods and drugs. Some common sources of mercury include dental amalgam fillings, various vaccines and certain fish contaminated by polluted ocean waters.

The toxicity of mercury has never been in question. The real question is precisely how much mercury-laced thimerosal is toxic, and what are the possible consequences for our children at low doses?

Eli Lilly and Co. supposedly answered this question for us back in 1930. Concluding thimerosal to be of "a very low order of toxicity... for man," the company hired its own doctors to perform thimerosal experiments in Indianapolis City Hospital on meningitis patients during a severe outbreak in 1929. This 60-year-old evidence was still quoted on the company's brochures as recently as 1990. Andrew Waters, who is involved in a lawsuit against Eli Lilly, claims that most critical studies on the toxicity of thimerosal were suppressed by the company until now.

Hepatitis B vaccines aren't the only immunizations under suspicion. According to Burton Goldberg in Alternative Medicine, scientists are finding stronger and stronger links between thimerosal and neurological damage. One report by Dr. Vijendra Singh of the Department of Pharmacology at the University of Michigan found a higher incidence of measles, mumps and rubella vaccine (MMR) antibodies in autistic children.

The National Vaccine Information Center in Vienna, Virginia, has noted a strong association between the MMR vaccine and autistic features. Reporting similar findings, the Encephalitis Support Group in England claims that children who became autistic after the MMR vaccine started showing autistic symptoms as early as 30 days after vaccination. The diphtheria, pertussis and tetanus vaccine (DPT) given at two, four and six months has triggered autistic symptoms as well.


When the FDA finally formally released this information in 1999, the news came too little, too late for some parents. The damage had already been done.

A recent report by My Fox New York states that all-natural grocers can hardly keep up with the demands for organic food. Bloggers have been capturing signs that read, "Organic eggs are currently in short supply due to increased consumer demand and limited availability. This is an industry-wide shortage and is not specific to ShopRite stores or our operation." Similar signs are being seen in grocery stores across the nation.

Cage-free, organic eggs and certain types of organic produce are among the products in shortage across the country. Wal-Mart is the latest in a string of large retailers to recognize consumer demand for milk from cows not treated with recombinant bovine growth hormone (rBGH). On March 21st, the retail giant announced that its own store brand milk, Great Value, will now come from dairies that have pledged not to use rBGH. In addition, Sam's Club will begin offering milk choices from cows not treated with the hormone.


This move follows suit from other well known retailers. For example, Safeway Inc. changed its store brand milk to non-rBGH milk. Kroger grocery store chains went one step further and decided last month to sell milk only from untreated cows. Since the beginning of 2008, Starbucks has been exclusively using non-rBGH milk.

What if food ads had to list the side effects like prescription drugs on TV? - America lives in complete idiocracy

The infamous George W. pushed corn on the masses. Obama pushes GMO everything via the FDA and Monsanto. Now, from GMO to TOXIC corn to pesticide laden soy and CANOLA OIL, Americans consume poisonous food daily and wonder why they aren't healthy, then go to the Witch Doctors who scribble out prescriptions to cover and quell the symptoms of pesticide disease.

It is as if we are living in total "idiocracy" - that any human being would even consider any medication advertised on television with all those crazy side effects, like internal bleeding, loss of vision, coma, feelings of suicide and death. It's literally insulting to intelligence, yet millions of Americans still run to their doctors with health problems and take whatever the doctor prescribes, without question, and then wonder what went wrong. If food commercials had to list the side effects, including the short- and long-term adverse health effects of eating the "garbage" that's served up like it's actual food with nutritive value, then maybe people would start waking up and realize that the medicine they take is prescribed to cover up the symptoms of the disorders and diseases that they get from eating "idiotic" junk science food and synthetic, processed, genetically mutated trash.

No matter what else you do, don’t live in denial. Accept the fact that Big Tobacco tricked you into smoking super strong, ammonia-treated tobacco, and then realize that you are reading the ultimate “cure” to the obsession and you can lead yourself right out of the maze. It’s not difficult, it’s just that people don’t know HOW to quit. Some smokers, but not many, have will power and can quit cold turkey if the time is right, or they face a near death experience, but all the rest who try to quit aren’t ready to battle the nicotine/dopamine war, and they go back to the well within 6 months. Smoking one cigarette drags the smoker back in to a pack a day habit like a bad undertow can drag you into the ocean after a storm. Trust me, I get hundreds of emails talking about how my information, discussions and blogs about the nicotine/dopamine war are what shined light on the escape and made all the difference!

When I first designed 14AndOut and taught classes at the local libraries, people kept asking me for proof (besides my booklet full of research) that cigarette filters contain fiberglass or “glass wool,” so instead of just dissecting the filters in class and comparing them to the fiberglass right in front of the students (clients for life), I decided to dig deeper for proof. I conducted several interviews with professionals in the medical field, and they have seen the proof in lung x-rays of their patients. They told me about it and I documented everything. This confirmed all of my research and gave me even more inspiration to share! A specific type of lung cancer many smokers develop comes from tiny tears in their lung tissue caused by microscopic glass fibers, also known as glass wool, found in many conventional cigarette filters. These rips in the epithelial (soft) tissue fuel the development of tumors and cancerous cells due to the constant overload of toxins, namely pesticides, nicotine and ammonia, contained in commercial cigarette smoke. This rips apart the tissue and helps the chemicals get into your lungs and do more damage.

This is important, so let me explain again. The filters of typical commercial cigarettes contain microscopic, needle-shaped shards of glass wool which escape into the mouth and throat, and then lodge with tobacco tar in the lung tissue, surrounding the alveoli (tiny air sacs) and leading to COPD (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease), emphysema and eventually lung cancer.

These medical professionals told me that the x-rays looked identical to those of patients exposed to asbestos, and diagnostic imaging revealed what looked like “ground glass” which settled in the soft tissue near the bottom of the lungs (GGOground glass opacity). “When lung tissue is damaged over and over, it develops lesions, and the cancer plants itself in there like seeds.”

Accordingly, the tiny shards penetrate the “lipid bilayer, then embed in the lung tissue, causing the tissue to harden and eventually lose its ability to absorb oxygen.” This damage fuels the development of the same type of lung cancer (mesothelioma) associated with asbestos poisoning. Smoking destroys the cilia (tiny hairs) that help push excretions/mucus out, and how when smokers sleep, their breathing patterns relax and the “tar deposits creep in on damaged air sacs called blebs, eventually rupturing and collapsing them.” This is why when smokers awake in the morning they can experience unproductive coughing fits and/or bronchial spasms. This confirmed what I had been teaching my 14andout’ers for a year, there was glass wool in the filters, and it was all part of a scam to kill you slowly and turn an expensive habit into chemotherapy treatment. According to Natural News, Wheaties breakfast cereal, manufactured by General Mills, has been found to contain so many microscopic fragments of metal that individual flakes can be lifted and carried using common magnets, a Natural News Forensic Food Lab investigation has found and documented. The metal bits are added to Wheaties cereal to enhance the nutritional profile and claim a higher iron content on the label, but lab director and food scientist Mike Adams is skeptical of the formulation. "Adding shards of metal to a cereal is not nutritionally equivalent to nutritive minerals formed during the growth of grain-producing plants," he explains. "Bioavailability is vastly different."

Adams believes that adding metal fragments to a cereal mix in an effort to claim a higher nutritional content on the box is "inherently deceptive" and points out that the manufacturer, General Mills, has also sold other deceptively labeled cereals, such as "TOTAL Blueberry Pomegranate," which contains neither blueberries nor pomegranates.

Organic egg shortage across America a sign of ORGANIC MOVEMENT gaining momentum


Did you recently decide you didn’t want to eat Bill Gate’s GMO zombie eggs, or was it the ones with the hormones and antibiotics mixed in? Are you tired of your eggs having that bouncy, sticky feel that sticks to the pan and ruins the meal? Are you tired of your CAFO eggs, that make you feel sick and aren’t worth the three cents you save at “GMO Superstore?” It seems that many have decided these things, because organic eggs and even organic food in general has been in a shortage lately, reports Natural News, and now the masses are figuring out it’s worth it to buy organic, for your wallet and your health. Are you starting to care about the life of the animal that “produces” your food? Are you putting your ethics where your mouth is? Cancer and nervous disorders cost a whole lot more than the good milk and cheese. Even if you are vegan you can support this whole line of thinking. Immunity after all, is all about having a STRONG body full of nutrients, not a DEAD body full of GMO pesiticide, rBGH hormone (rBST), insecticide, herbicide, fungicide, and processed and artificial sugars.
