A video posted on North West Liberty News recently interviewing
an expert* on Federal Indian Policy in Montana informs us there is an
assault going on right now on the authority of the State of Montana, and on the
people's rights and their constitutional rights via a "Dangerous
Bill" that threatens the rights of Native American tribes in Montana and their water sources.
Elaine Willman, MPA, was Chair of the Citizens Equal Rights
Alliance (CERA) for five years and has attended judicial hearings and
understands the processes. She wants to honor the hard work and diligence of
those protecting the freedoms and rights of the people and ensuring that people
who take an oath of office do their jobs protecting citizens. Senate Bill 262,
all 140 pages, seem to be about a huge water "grab" (control of
off-reservation streams) in 11 counties by the Feds (primary purpose of
compact/agreement). It's a trick, dictated by someone with inside knowledge and
proposed as legislation. Feds basically want to reduce irrigation and control/limit
or even cutoff the water cattlemen use for their animals. It will be
devastating for cattlemen and for watering crops in those major areas. It seems
to be the priority of Senate Bill 262, explains Elaine Willman.
Troublesome Legislation for State of Montana
High Alert for American Indians in Montana :
Montana State
trying to transfer the AUTHORITY over water (to the Feds) in 11 counties with
ominous Bill 262. That's ONE FIFTH OF STATE'S LAND!!
"Within 5 years the Federal Government will OWN Montana 's
waters" ... "That is the egregious end game."
Legislatures are forsaking their oaths! Read about Elaine's
very credible background* and experience with all of this, and then watch the
full interview available below.
*Elaine
Willman, MPA, was Chair (2002-2007) of Citizens Equal Rights Alliance (CERA) a national organization of community education
groups and citizens in 28 states who reside within or near federally recognized
Indian reservations. CERA is the only national organization dedicated to
assisting tribal members in receiving civil rights within their tribal
governments, and protecting the rights of non-tribal citizens from tribal
government over-reaching.

One Year Ago at the Bundy Ranch Standoff with the Feds
April 12th also marked the one year anniversary of the Bundy
Ranch standoff, that Natural News covered. It's important to remember this
iconic moments in the history of protecting our Constitution from the Feds who
try to bully everyone so they can make their money and take control.

RE: The
Bureau of Land Management: "Formation of the BLM is a disgrace to the 10th
Amendment"
"It's only logical to
realize that the millions of acres of BLM land could be better managed by the
individual states, and this makes good Constitutional sense, according to the
Tenth Amendment of the Bill of Rights, which states: "The powers not
delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the
States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people."
