Obama tries to fill offices with whoever he wants, but ALL NINE U.S. Supreme Court Justices declare his appointments Unconstitutional!


 

 

"In a rare unanimous decision, all nine justices of the U.S. Supreme Court agreed with the outcome in NLRB v. Canning. The Supreme Court found that President Obama’s recess appointments to the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) were unconstitutional."


Besides being unconstitutional, Obama's wanted-to-be appointees (nominations) require the "normal" method of Senate approval. Obama can't just fill principal offices in the government with anyone he wants and simply declare "executive action". It's not in concurrence of the Senate. Obama thinks he's a Dictator or something, just wielding the sickle of his tyrannical and police state of America, where the Feds rule OVER the states, and arrest people for things the state's rule legal, and invade homes and businesses of organic farmers and supplement manufacturers at will. Obama thinks he's Hitler as he hires mad scientists to work for his FDA, USDA and "His" EPA, approving horrific toxins in foods, water and medicine to fuel Big Pharma's agenda and to pay back all the investors in his two elections. It's ALL about the money, and power.
