Every cigarette takes one hour OFF your life - Latest study reveals shocking math!

Researchers say that on average, smoking a pack of cigarettes every day takes ten years off your life, and two packs per day erases twenty years off your life expectancy. So if we break it down and do the math, we find out some quite shocking news. A pack of cigarettes contains about twenty cigarettes, give or take a few. That means the pack-a-day smoker burns through a cigarette about every 45 minutes, which sounds about right. This smoker smoking 20 cigarettes a day is burning 7,300 cigarettes per year and 73,000 cigarettes in ten year's time. So far, we've got our "frequency of smoking," total number of smokes, and estimated years of life erased by smoking. Now we figure out the time for shortened lifespan per minutes and we see if this whole scary estimate is correct. So then if the pack-a-day smoker is in fact subtracting ten years of life, and ten years equals 3,650 days, multiplied by 24 hours in a day and multiplied by 60 minutes per hour, our grand total number of minutes "disappeared" by cigarettes for the pack-a-day smoker equals 5,256,000. Yes, that's over 5 million minutes. And finally, we divide total minutes of life erased by total number of cigarettes smoked, which is 5,256,000 minutes divided by 73,000 cigarettes, and we get 72 minutes of life extinguished due to every cigarette smoked, on average, by the pack-a-day smoker. That's at least one hour of life erased by each cigarette. That would mean someone smoking two packs a day extinguishes TWO HOURS of life per cigarette.

Several other studies show less time "erased" for smoking, like only 11 to 14 minutes per cigarette, but those statistics are based upon only 15 cigarettes per day for a lifetime of smoking (about 55 years); however, starting as a young adult, the odds of living that long as a smoker are not that good. So we revise the math and calculate 20 commercial cigarettes a day for 20 years, and each cigarette, on average, erases an hour of life for the pack-a-day smoker, whether male or female, and regardless of when the person begins.

Quitting cigarettes and eating organic food could add 30 healthy years to your life

Did you know cancer can't survive in an alkalized body? Did you also know there are superfoods and herbs that kill the cravings of cigarettes? What if you could "kill two birds with one stone" - meaning you could quit cigarettes and get healthy all in one fell swoop, and not even crave cigarettes anymore, not even WHILE quitting? Would you look into it? Raw food experts across the globe have proven that organic, raw fruits and vegetables, and organic raw nuts and seeds are the ultimate way to alkalize the body. When one's body pH is more acidic than alkaline, it's prone to infection, allergies, bacteria, viruses and loss of energy. The mass amounts of fast food, soda, tap water, pharmaceutical medications, alcohol, meat, dairy and refined sugars that most Americans eat daily cripples the immune system, lowers overall energy and even intelligence, and fosters junk-science food addiction, drug addiction, and chronic sicknesses that just never seem to go away. There are health enthusiasts now who eat raw food at least 80% of their intake, drink spring water or water that is purified of fluoride, chlorines, heavy metals and medications, and they don't take chemical medicines like vaccines or chemotherapy. These health "nuts" aren't crazy at all, but rather energetic, successful, motivated, selfless and not just surviving, but thriving. This can be you too or any smoker you know who has the desire to quit smoking but doesn't know how.

The WORST ADDICTIONS and how Mother Nature may have solutions the medical establishment can put to good use for overcoming them

Drug addiction is no laughing matter, and when most people hear those words, they think about cocaine, crack, heroin, or crystal meth, but those hard drugs are not the only drugs that are so hard to quit. Many drugs of abuse, such as cocaine, opioids, and nicotine, cause the reward pathways in the brain to become flooded by dopamine, with a surge as much as ten times that of natural rewards. Over time, if the person tries to abruptly remove that stimulus, the body is unable to replicate that amount of dopamine naturally, triggering neurobiological changes associated with addiction and withdrawal. All humans experience bursts of dopamine from natural, stimulating activities, but drugs can cause over stimulation where the withdrawal leads to anxiety, difficulty sleeping, mania, stress, and a lesser ability to focus and learn. Addiction is now considered a brain disease, whether it's from prescription pain pills, gambling, pornography, alcohol, nicotine, or even sugar. Overcoming a

The Nicotine Escape Project

The term "project" is defined as an individual or collaborative enterprise that is carefully planned to achieve a particular aim. A unique project is one that adds a new product, service, or process distinct from any project ever accomplished before. If someone were to escape, say, from prison, they would need not only a new, elaborate plan, but they would have to execute it perfectly, otherwise, it's back to the cell to start from scratch. Many people have an amazing story to tell about their lives, but never even begin writing it down, otherwise, they may have a brilliant book to publish or movie to be made.   The project escapes them because it is never begun in the first place.   Negative Correlation Theory   Did you know that most people are more afraid of success than they are failure? That's because the taste of success scares them into believing they will not be able to achieve the same results day in and day out, so they think it's better just
