Soy "health" appeared out of NOWHERE in the mid-to-late 1990s thanks to a media blitz of advertising for the typical U.S. uninformed or misinformed consumer to "gobble up." Now, thousands of those products are USDA "certified organic" and contain organic soy as the FIRST INGREDIENT, meaning there's more soy in it that any other ingredient.
