Processed meats or cigarettes – which gives you cancer more quickly?

When people see someone smoking a cigarette, they immediately think of how much health damage the person is “self inflicting,” and how they are greatly raising their risk of getting cancer from inhaling all those toxins. Cigarettes contain ammonia, bleach, formaldehyde and pesticides, which all drive cancer cells to multiply uncontrollably which often leads to lung cancer, pancreatic cancer, prostate cancer and kidney failure. Have you ever looked at someone eating a deli sandwich that way?

Maybe you should start. Did you know that processed deli meats are classified as Class 1A carcinogens for humans, according to the World Health Organization? Processed deli meats, hot dogs, sausages and most bacon cause colorectal cancer, for starters.

So, then what about the smokers who eat deli sandwiches and hot dogs on a regular basis? Will they still be “above ground” in a decade or two? Let’s take a closer look at some food choices that are ranked alongside cigarettes, asbestos, alcohol and arsenic as major causes of cancer. Make no mistake:

Processed meats in America cause cancer, and this fact is based on sufficient evidence from epidemiological studies of exposed humans. Are you unnecessarily exposing yourself to a preventable disease today? Maybe you too have a “hand to mouth” habit that’s killing you, just like those smokers you criticize and judge so easily.

Processed deli meats given same IARC carcinogenic classification as cigarettes, asbestos and alcohol

The International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC), under the umbrella of the World Health Organization (WHO), has now placed cured and processed meats like bacon, ham and sausages next to cigarettes, asbestos, arsenic and alcohol as leading causes of cancer in humans. Even red meat has been placed in group 2A as “probably carcinogenic to humans,” along with the glyphosate herbicide found in Roundup weedkiller.

That’s right, we’re not just talking about lab rats today. Americans are the new lab rats that scurry into grocery stores, fast food outlets and convenience stores and gobble down slabs of cancer carcass treated, smoked, cured and “preserved” with cancer-causing agents that lead the victims to laboratories (hospitals) for more carcinogenic “treatments” (chemotherapy) which causes new cancers to develop, all leading to early death.

And you thought the smokers had it so much worse than everyone else. Think again. It’s all leading to bowel cancer because that’s the last point of exit from the human body for these poisons that build up in the system and become more toxic by the minute.

If you talk to a survivor of chemotherapy, they’ll tell you straight out that they’ll never do it again. Sometimes it takes a whole lot of willpower to quit eating certain foods you like, but if you only knew the kind of suffering that comes from “eating cancer” daily, you would certainly make wiser choices, and probably leave out the foods that the IARC are warning us all are just as lethal as cigarettes.

By the way, in case you are wondering about the depth of this research, the IARC utilized 22 experts from 10 different countries who considered over 800 different studies on cancer in humans with over 400 epidemiological studies focused specifically on processed meat. Here come the cold, hard facts about processed meats. Are you ready? You may love your bacon, ham, corned beef, beef jerky and hot dogs, but you’ll hate your cancer!

Read these top 10 warnings about consuming processed meats and red meats too

  1. According to IARC experts, eating just one 50 gram portion of processed meat daily (1.8 ounces or about 2 average slices of deli meat) increases your risk of getting colorectal cancer by 18%.
  2. Avoiding red meat is NOT a protective strategy against cancer.
  3. The link between processed meat and bowel cancer is backed by substantial evidence.
  4. Processed meat means it has been transformed through curing, salting, smoking and fermentation, and may contain blood.
  5. High-temperature cooking of processed meats, including barbecuing and pan frying, increases carcinogenic risk.
  6. Tobacco smoking and asbestos are both classified in the same carcinogenic category as processed meat – Group 1.
  7. The IARC also associated stomach cancer with eating processed meat.
  8. The Global Burden of Disease Project estimates 34,000 deaths per year worldwide are attributable to people who eat processed meats regularly.
  9. The more processed meat you eat, the higher your risk of cancer rises.
  10. N-nitroso compounds and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons are just two types of dangerous, carcinogenic chemicals that form when meat is processed.
Bottom line: It’s time to quit the habits that cause cancer and stop hoping the U.S. regulatory agencies will protect you, because they won’t and they don’t.

The CDC is a cesspool of corrupt science and bad information about health, disease and disorder, and the FDA allows all kinds of toxins and poisons in conventional food. It’s time to seek out clean foods and organics at NaturalPedia.com.

The WORST ADDICTIONS and how Mother Nature may have solutions the medical establishment can put to good use for overcoming them

Drug addiction is no laughing matter, and when most people hear those words, they think about cocaine, crack, heroin, or crystal meth, but those hard drugs are not the only drugs that are so hard to quit. Many drugs of abuse, such as cocaine, opioids, and nicotine, cause the reward pathways in the brain to become flooded by dopamine, with a surge as much as ten times that of natural rewards. Over time, if the person tries to abruptly remove that stimulus, the body is unable to replicate that amount of dopamine naturally, triggering neurobiological changes associated with addiction and withdrawal. All humans experience bursts of dopamine from natural, stimulating activities, but drugs can cause over stimulation where the withdrawal leads to anxiety, difficulty sleeping, mania, stress, and a lesser ability to focus and learn. Addiction is now considered a brain disease, whether it's from prescription pain pills, gambling, pornography, alcohol, nicotine, or even sugar. Overcoming a

The Nicotine Escape Project

The term "project" is defined as an individual or collaborative enterprise that is carefully planned to achieve a particular aim. A unique project is one that adds a new product, service, or process distinct from any project ever accomplished before. If someone were to escape, say, from prison, they would need not only a new, elaborate plan, but they would have to execute it perfectly, otherwise, it's back to the cell to start from scratch. Many people have an amazing story to tell about their lives, but never even begin writing it down, otherwise, they may have a brilliant book to publish or movie to be made.   The project escapes them because it is never begun in the first place.   Negative Correlation Theory   Did you know that most people are more afraid of success than they are failure? That's because the taste of success scares them into believing they will not be able to achieve the same results day in and day out, so they think it's better just
