Just take a glance at the ingredients in the majority of processed foods at Whole Foods, Wegman’s, and Trader Joe’s, and you will see the most popular ingredient that’s responsible for clogging arteries, contributing to weight gain, and causing early onset dementia.
It’s the margarine of yesteryear, and nobody seems to be calling it out for what it is. Canola oil is deadly (even though it takes a while to kill you), and meanwhile, you have no motivation, you suffer brain fog daily, and you just keep gaining weight. If consumers don’t step up to the plate and realize what’s happening, the masses will start dying off from canola poisoning, and every M.D. will blame genetics and continue pushing pills that do nothing but exacerbate the problems.
Check just about any processed or packaged foods at the three “health food” store conglomerates and you’ll find blood-clogging canola. They put this toxic, cheap “food stuff” in just about everything at the prepared food bars (think potato salad, egg salad, pasta salad, hummus, chicken salad), and now you’ll even find it in coffee creamers and hundreds of organic products up and down the “healthy” aisles. For Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods and Wegman’s, it’s all about the money, not their consumers’ health.

A new study published online by researchers from the Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University, and published in Scientific Reports, associated canola consumption with weight gain, restricted learning ability and worsened memory. All the advertising in the world about canola being healthy comes with zero scientific proof to back it up. It’s all been a hoax for decades, and Big Food has gotten away with murder, literally. In fact, canola oil creates amyloid plaques and neurofibrillary tangles in the brain that are the signature causes of Alzheimer’s disease and strokes.
You see, according to the scientists that conducted the study on mice, canola oil depletes and destroys the buffer in your brain (amyloid beta 1-40) that protects you against amyloid plaques. That prevents your brain neurons and synapses from functioning properly, leading to loss of memory and neuronal damage.
Over 90% of canola oil sold in America is made from genetically modified rapeseed
Scientists use genetic engineering to insert DNA from poisonous plants and insects into the seeds of canola to kill bugs and weeds that eat and choke out the plants and their roots in the harvesting fields. That’s what GMO means, in a nutshell. Pesticides on the inside and out. So every time you eat canola oil, you’re getting a double dose of poison. It’s caked with insecticide and chemical herbicide inside and out, and it causes plaques to form in your blood and brain. Even if it’s organic, it still causes plaques in the brain. Remember that.
This is why Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, and Wegman’s push canola oil so hard. They are not really stores that want people to eat healthy, they just use that as a marketing platform, since “farm to table” has now become a billion dollar market. These big food guns know good and well that canola oil is toxic to human health, but they don’t care, and they know hardly anyone knows the truth. Spread the message. Stop buying it. Stop eating it. Be aware that most restaurants use it.
