Step 1: The Real "Kicker" Takes Effect

Step 1: The Real "Kicker" Takes Effect

"Quitting is not giving up, it's choosing to focus your attention on something more important"

You've tried to quit before. It didn't work. Well, maybe for a little while. Then stress came and you went right back. Smoke just one cigarette after you've quit, and the habit drags you right back in, and before you know it you're smoking a pack a day again within a few months, if not sooner. Maybe you try TOO HARD. Sounds right, but what exactly does that mean? Let's talk.

Fact: the hardest part of quitting smoking is dealing with stress and anxiety. Period. That's why people don't quit. Heck, the nicotine addiction may be strong, but you probably didn't know that the physical addiction really only lasts 3 to 4 days. Wow!

See, nicotine is a stimulant in the short run, so it kills anxiety and depression, almost like a little snort of cocaine or maybe some 5-hour energy. Yet, in the long run, nicotine is a depressant, like alcohol, but much worse. Plus, commercial cigarettes are LOADED with chemical pesticides that cause anxiety, loss of memory, loss of sex drive, loss of motivation, confusion, nervousness, and yes, general depression. Then there's the ammonia that's used to freebase the nicotine so it's entering your heart and brain as a vapor within 3 seconds. Bam!

Some people brag about quitting cold turkey to with some dangerous medication, but those stories are few and far between. In fact, 95% of smokers who try to quit smoking without help will return to sucking on cancer sticks again within 6 months. Go figure.

Now, back to "trying too hard to quit." What happens when you try to quit nicotine? You can't handle any kind of stress, so you smoke again. Your body is so accustomed to being aided by an artificial stimulant that it fails to "save" you with the right hormones when you need them most.

Let's say you just quit smoking a week ago. You think you're in the clear because you're not really "craving" them so much. All the sudden, you almost get in a car wreck on the way to or from work. That rush of adrenalin is enough to freak you out all day. You can't seem to shake those nervous feelings. You need a cigarette. Before you know it, you're back to smoking a pack a day again.

So what if you simply did NOT try to quit smoking altogether, but instead just decided to see if you could take a break from smoking without craving it at all? How could you possibly do that?

What if you found out about a "bridge" between smoking that completely eliminated the cravings and kept you from feeling nervous, anxious or depressed? Plus, to the contrary, you actually felt positive, energetic, enthusiastic, and at ease. Why would you even want to smoke, if you don't feel like crap, right?

That's the secret to quitting. You see, the real reason people smoke is because they don't want to feel horrible all day, for days on end. Once you quash all that, nobody wants to go back. Who wants bad breath, shortness of breath, smelly clothes and cancer anyway?

That's where Krave Kicker comes in. For nearly the same cost as a pack of cigarettes, you could completely eliminate the cravings of stogies for 4 hours. Got a car ride, plane trip, business convention, indoor event, or even just a long movie you want to see, without "dying" for a cigarette? Problem solved.

So how does a 4 hour break save you from the third most addictive drug in the world? Stop asking tough questions! It's not about some gimmick. It's not about the cure for cancer or some $10,000 treatment at some nightmarish institution. It's not about "psyching" yourself out. It's not about peer pressure. It's not about taking more drugs. It's not about taking more nicotine (the patch or vaping).

This IS, however, about finding relief from the cigarette hangover – and just long enough to say "Hey, if I could feel like this all day, then FU#K cigarettes!"

The WORST ADDICTIONS and how Mother Nature may have solutions the medical establishment can put to good use for overcoming them

Drug addiction is no laughing matter, and when most people hear those words, they think about cocaine, crack, heroin, or crystal meth, but those hard drugs are not the only drugs that are so hard to quit. Many drugs of abuse, such as cocaine, opioids, and nicotine, cause the reward pathways in the brain to become flooded by dopamine, with a surge as much as ten times that of natural rewards. Over time, if the person tries to abruptly remove that stimulus, the body is unable to replicate that amount of dopamine naturally, triggering neurobiological changes associated with addiction and withdrawal. All humans experience bursts of dopamine from natural, stimulating activities, but drugs can cause over stimulation where the withdrawal leads to anxiety, difficulty sleeping, mania, stress, and a lesser ability to focus and learn. Addiction is now considered a brain disease, whether it's from prescription pain pills, gambling, pornography, alcohol, nicotine, or even sugar. Overcoming a
