Step 5: Breathing "Ritual" Replaces Toxic Smoke or Vape with Life-Giving Oxygen

If you smoke a pack a day and take about 10 to 12 puffs off
each cigarette, that's about 250 times a day you inhale bug killer, weed
killer, ammonia and bleach (yeah, the cigarettes are white because they're
rolled in bleached paper). If you smoke 2 packs a day then double those
numbers.
That means every time you inhale you cripple your system,
making the labyrinth seemingly bigger and more "confusing" to escape.
If you could drink a shot of liquid and you had two choices: one shot glass
said "get dumber" on it and the other said "get smarter" on
it, which would you grab?
Remember, the ONLY reason people keep smoking cigarettes
once they're addicted is to NOT feel like crap all day. If you didn't feel bad,
you wouldn't smoke. If you didn't become a nervous wreck, you wouldn't smoke.
If you didn't get so depressed and stressed by daily living, you wouldn't
smoke. If the media didn't have you brainwashed, you wouldn't smoke.

Kicker, try this: go outside, whether it's burning hot summer or
freezing cold winter, and take part of this new, simple ritual. Using the hand
you would use to hold a cigarette, pretend like you have one in your fingers
(and thumb, if that's how you smoke). Now bring that pretend cigarette up to

is a very powerful thing. That's because Mother Nature is powerful. Breathing
fresh air deeply is free, yet cigarettes cost you a small fortune. Think about
that for a few seconds.
This is similar to the scam where home improvement stores
sell dirt in bags for money, then they sell you poisonous weed killer for your
garden. It's a Ponzi scheme to have you invest in your own health demise and
destruction. They have you burn the candle at both ends and keep you confused
all the while, wondering how you got so sick and why you're family is dying
young. Then they tell you it's all "hereditary." It's "in your
genes" so you need medication. Puke!
The breathing ritual is just one strategy I've invented for
